Repurposed steam cleaner

My steam cleaner broke so I rebuilt the internals to generate steam for other stuff.

*That is live 240v on the terminals in the photo. I'm careful, you should be too. This will be enclosed if I keep it*

My floor steam cleaner went pop. The cable stretched and shorted with the usual flash, smoke and profanities. Bad design. We bought a new one so I stripped the old one, the internals were fine so I rebuilt them on a board (pictured). I plan on using the steam to sterilise my homebrew beer bottles. The plastic one I tried it on first died so this will only be good for the glass ones.

Please list any suggestions for other uses for a steam generator as googling "steam cleaner hack" gives stupid results. (I wish people would stop using the word "hack" for everything.

I think this would work for hydroponics too as it generates a good mist at a short distance from the nozzle with not much heat ( maybe 400mm would be safe for condensation).

I need suggestions for uses for this contraption. I'll use it for sterilising glass beer bottles for homebrew beer but other than that I'm not sure what else. Maybe producing distilled water?
