Here are the results of a scan I did yesterday of Rhodamine B in Ethanol, excitation source was a 532nm DPSS Green Laser. My plot is compared with that of the Oregon Medical Laser Center scan of the same molecule, 06/20/1995 ( rhodamine b in ethanol, excitation 510nm.)

The green is my scan and the blue dotted line is the OMLC scan, Quantum yield for the OMLC was .70 and using their spectrum as a reference mine was .78.
