11Step 11
Mid-woofer and tweeter face prior to finishing and additional gap sealing. Planning on countersinking the screw heads and using a cutoff tool to buzz off the oversize screws. Also need to oversize the holes for the tweeters

12Step 12
Test fit some of the speakers and amps

13Step 13
Office starting to look like an AV warehouse with temporary storage of the speakers, amps, and wires.

14Step 14
Lots of contractor glue on the seams, countersunk the screw heads, and buzzed off the exterior protruding screws. Now everything is nice and sealed and quite sturdy. A bit of sanding before paint.

15Step 15
Added a coating of primer once around on all sides.
-
16Step 16
First coat of paint
-
17Step 17
Second Coat of Paint
-
18Step 18
Paint all dry and on its way back to my office
-
19Step 19
Speakers and amps mounted with wires between. Need to crimp and solder on a few more wires for power.
-
20Step 20
Final wires on and some wirelooms to hide it all
