One time too many, I reached over for a drink while wearing VR goggles, only to knock over the glass and spill beer everywhere.

This project is a somewhat tongue in cheek solution for that.

Sellotaping a pint glass to a motion controller allows us to compute the transform from your head to the pint. A 3D-printed enclosure holds some photoresistors in contact with the glass. An ESP8266 reads values from these photoresistors and uploads them to a webserver.

The gamelogic polls the webserver for information about how full the glass is and renders an appropriate model.

The Files section in the project contains the talk from the Dublin Unconference, with videos.
