Work Landroid Solar Collector Add-on

A DIY form-fitting solar panel for a lawn bot capable of meeting all energy needs

Similar projects worth following
The goal of this project is to turn the Worx Landroid mower into a completely self-sufficient solar robot. Doing so should increase the coverage area and extend battery lifespan.

The panel is made of 10x Sunpower C60 high-efficiency mono-crystalline solar cells wried in series. At peak output these are good for 33.4 watts, far in excess of the operating power consumption.

Excess power consumption can be stored in the battery for shady areas or operation during off-peak hours.

Hello!

I'm new here, so maybe a stupid question, but anyway.. :)

I can't see anything in detail for this project (tab "Details" is grayed).. How can I see more about this project?

Carrying the extra weight into shady areas does not seem great compared to having a more optimal fixed panel near the base station.

Hi, do you have any new information regarding your project?

I want to try something like this (is cheaper this solution than buying a new battery). I was wondering if you have used some step up DC converter.

I am also curious where did you connected the power output, to which part of Landroid.
