The Start

I just purchased a Da Vinci 2.0a Duo printer, so I am eager to work on this project.  The drone build has been in progress since my wife's uncle passed away a couple of years ago and I was given the parts for the drone to continue his efforts on it.

My first task is to get it up in the air with the camera and batteries in a permanent and efficient configuration.  I'm planning to place this modular system both on top and underneath the drone so that I can mount the batteries on top with the flight controller and radio receiver, and then mount the payload on the bottom so that there is plenty of room for larger cameras or other instrumentation that will allow for a vast variety of different configuration options.
