Foundation are 3ft 915mm by 8in 203mm with 30in 762mm by 8in 203mm walls, insulation under the

Concrete pad R 50. wall plates are double sealed to the wall head and caulked, no air leakage

Walls are double 2*4 51mm by 102mm @ 20 in 508mm thick insulated to R 80 with rockwool,

Plywood sheating on the  outside, with air barrier, moisture barrier placed 1/3 from the interior wall.

and hung no staples to eliminate any air leakage, all wiring and others are in the  cavity . no drilling

 through the studs. all electrical boxed etc sealed for air leakage. Windows re triple glazed, e-glass with argon

glass, high efficient plastic frames, wide window liners inside with concrete sills outside, as the

double framed walls are thick. has a heat ex changer for temperature control., small heat pump

for the hot water heater. Water lines are single runs, cold water in the sand, the water lines in pad

insulation. Ceiling is R 80 with a dropped ceiling for all the plastic ducting from the heat ex changer

Exterior double walls are have 5/8 in 12mm wall board, garage is double wide, over head door

 with hardy plank to the outside with air screening at wall plate. stay tune for updates
