The sousvide was my first and longest pet-project. I took a lot of knocks on it. I don't find it completed, but the first version has been built. I realized the main fact - a pet project shouldn't be so complicated if you want to built it at home. I got a lot microcontrollers-programming skills, hardware knowledge, soldering skills, PCBs making, engineering, CAD (Solidworks) designing, aluminum processing skills, and etc. It took me about 3 years to finish it.
