This project is sponsored and supported by JLCPCB - Manufacturer of Printed Circuit Board and offers 5 free PCBs of Arduino Compatible Board.

Introduction

Is it possible to assemble your project anywhere? No, this is very difficult. I know why it is so difficult. The great difficulty is because you are unable to take the main electronic components to carry out the tests in a mobile laboratory.

That's right! You need a mobile laboratory and for that reason, we have developed a mobile laboratory, the Arduino Mobile Laboratory.

Today, we will show you the construction process and give you all the laser cutting files for building your laboratory with Arduino UNO free for download.

See the structure of our LAM - Laboratory Arduino Mobile.

This laboratory has the objective of allowing you to develop several projects in any location. Next, we will present the entire structure.

Structure of LAM - Laboratory Arduino Mobile

The LAM has several interesting features:

  • Structure for 9V Battery
  • Fit for Arduino UNO
  • 1 Small Protoboard
  • 1 Small Drawer
  • 1 Large Drawer

Figure 2 shows the structure of the Arduino UNO and Protoboard installed in the LAM.

Figure 2 shows the structure of the Arduino UNO and Protoboard installed in the LAM. In Figure 3 we have the addition of the top cover and a bottom cover. The bottom cover is used as a base to fix the Arduino and the protoboard.

At the bottom of the Arduino, we have the 9V battery area and a region to enter the smaller drawer.

For this project, we'll use the JLCPCB Arduino Compatible printed circuit board presented below.

Figure 7 - Arduino Standalone Printed Circuit Board to control the Arduino Line follower Robot.

You can obtain the Arduino JLCPCB compatible PCB for your projects for $2 in your first order with the link: Earn my PCBs Arduino Compatible.

Use the JLC-RECE coupon,earn a $2 off discount, and earn 5 PCBs.

Access the link and download the Gerber files of the JLCPCB Arduino Compatible Printed Circuit Board.

After analyzing this structure we have the structure to close the front part of the battery and the small drawer to organize some components. Now we will present the structure of the large drawer.

See the structure of the large drawer. It is installed below the base of the 9V battery. The figure shows how the assembled structure looks.

Inside the drawer, it is possible to store various electronic components for your projects with the Arduino. This can be seen in the figure below.

At the top of the LAM, all Arduino pin names and some decorative details will be engraved on the top cover structure.

These are all parts of our LAM - Laboratory Arduino Mobile.

Now, we have the part more important this article. I will release all the files for you to download and cut this project on a laser or CNC cutter - Download here
