Here it is, my final design for the fiber optic collimation tube (laser.) I have thoroughly tested it and it works very well and here are all the documentation and specifications;

Hey Ted, yes, it is circularly symmetrical, it is intended to allow the beam to travel in a one direction only, hence the 532nm bandpass filter (the one with the mirror side facing outward.) That's also the reason for the achromatic doublet lens, not only to reduce chromatic aberrations, but keep the beam parallel as well.

I really wanted a triplet lens but I am working with the supply of parts I already have on hand.

Hi David!  Is the lens circularly symmetric?  It looks like it modifies the beam in only one direction.
