hi all.

I was able to setup the GFX interface. You will need the may2020 raspbian image to be able to get it running, then update/upgrade from it.

Well, I was able to make a similar configuration working with the latest Raspberry Pi OS version.

The only thing to do in config.txt, apart from adding the display configuration of course, is to comment the line with:

dtoverlay=vc4-fkms-v3d

This line makes the Zero crash.

The configuration is functionnal but there is still a difference with the may 2020 OS version. The display has a weird 1 or 2 pixels jitter of the right half of the screen that I don't remember seeing with the "old OS".

Waiting for a Zero 2 to see if it makes the configuration a little bit more responsive.

EDIT:

Stupid me, the jitter has nothing to do with the OS upgrade. This is caused by a FPC carrying the HDMI signals between the Pi and the adapter board. Probably some coupling. Maybe I shall add some shielding to peace the signals a little.
