"Inverse Auger" Marblevator Prototype.

A three 3D printed Marblevator prototype.

Similar projects worth following
With all segments of my "inverse auger" marble lift designed, 3D printed and individually tested, it was time to connect them all together, 3D print and motorize this prototype of my inverse auger Marblevator. The advantage of my inverse auger design is that it 3D prints easily with no sagging and no supports.

The model requires only three 3D printed parts: the track and fixed auger, the rotating guides, and the guides cap. An interesting feature of the track design is that it provides over rotation of the ball bearings in order to slow their descent to the bottom.

In this video, the model is powered by an N20 100RPM 6VDC gear motor at 3VDC.

Video of the prototype is here: https://youtu.be/G7nN9HG4U6w.
