The final design for the robot is done! (so relieved)  I added the final neck mechanism that will be used (it has the capability using a worm drive to pan up and down @ 3 rpm), the arm lift system and adjusted the base for a wider sweep of the LIDAR. (was measured at around ~250 degree view, so ~20 less then what the LIDAR is capable of) I was reading the specs of the LIDAR and it was like hey this gets hot during operation and you should mount it to like a 7x7" metal plate and I was like fat chance of that! I'm not building some heavy factory robot. I will do you one better, how about these two heat sinks I got laying around.

I have yet to purchase and will need to hold off for funds, but the link to the neck servo parts in here. https://www.servocity.com/worm-gear-set-28-1-ratio-6mm-d-bore-worm/ While I wait for the aluminum motor reduction plate to be machined, I will shift focus to mounting the linear actuator and bolting down the batteries.

There will be some mounting 3D printed parts made, but they will be small and not affect the appearance.
