Finally got some free time to focus on this project. However, it is raining. This means that I had to spend some time putting up a little tent up and then making sure that . So I began three major things all at the same time. The first was to actually find some roms to download, and then break up the install script that is available on Github. I then layed out all the hardware components for the controllers. Lastly I remeasured the new "transformer" idea for the cabinet. 

The only thing I think I will get accomplished today will be the frame for the cabinet. I want to break down a little of the controller layout and assembly with a little more depth so I'll take that a little slower.
