New megapower version and simplified firmware

Super capacitors are new power source, compared to batteries need different charging and power usage.

2x 10F 2.7V supercap and step-up converter, it can suck scap voltage up to 0.3V

I have now about 7 days standby life on 20F supercapacitor

- atmega328 timer2 async soft RTC
- buck step down charging
- boost step up for power

FUNCTIONS

- display time
- set time
- display Super capacity :)

firmware is about 90% finished and now is about 800bytes
