I've been making the bowls for the top of the cap using this Blow Former I've made... I have some 1/16 PETG, that is put into a Lab oven (300F - 4minutes)

If Otter falls and hits the top of his head, it can damage his brain, even be fatal; so we're trying to keep this area soft,padded,and safe.
