Previously, I built an intermittent fan remote controller using a raspberry pi and 20cm of wire. ( See GitHub Link)

However, my bedroom could still get stuffy. I did not want to wake up in the middle of the night and tell the fan to do something if the room got stuffy. I wanted a smarter IoT device, one that will sense the room and tell if it is stuffy and then do something without me telling it. I already had a CO2 and temperature sensor in my room that I published this data to a static http site. So, with a simple request, I was able to integrate it in the FAN controller class and check every min if room is stuffy.

With a few upgrades to the intermittent fan remote controller class, I added E-Ink display that will show the time, the device's IP address, current CO2, current fan states and the weather.

I also added a push button on top so that I could turn on and off the fan light without having to got o the intermittent controller's Flask app.
