Hakko FR-301 is very usable all-in-one disordering iron but its original "stand" even it's hard to be call stand, leak functionality and is very inconvenient.
To solve this problem i create very simple 3D printed holder. This is an SLA print with Ridgid 4k material from Form Labs. This glass filled resin is stiff and with relatively high deflection temperature. If you use a FDM printer i do not recommend using of PLA, but PC, TPU, PP or similar.
Since i have a custom stand for all my soldering stations, i design a metal bracket that allow me to attach it to the standard 20x20 Al extrusion.
