This is A 3D printer slicing algorithm that lets you print 90° overhangs without support material. I hope to turn this into a standard feature in 3D printing slicers.

It works by recursively generating arcs that grow from a printed edge of the model. Then it wraps the arcs with perimeters until the final shape is achieved. This is much better explained by watching a video or scrolling through my Github readme.
