The Homunculus is a modular high speed camera design based off of Xilinx Artix Ultrascale+ FPGAs, allowing for users to access SLVS-EC cameras up to 8 lanes, and supporting the driving of multiple different camera interfaces, like CoaXPress, SDI, GMSL, and USB-C. The architecture will follow FRAMOS's PixelMate, and our own open source connector standard to allow for multiple configurations of SLVS-EC sensors, and camera connectors.
