Power metering node

A project log for Networked energy metering and home automation

Networked energy-metering nodes (at 10A 85-265VAC) nodes for home and building automation. And smart capacitive light switches, too!

This one is slightly modified from the previous iteration - the cheaper Atmel/Microchip ATM90E26 analog front-end is used, and mounting holes are added, and the board is tidied up a little bit while still keeping everything compact. But it's essentially the same functionality.

There are some files up in the Git repository now if you're interested in having a look at those.

Hi, I am using the breakout board from OSHPark(https://oshpark.com/profiles/whatnick/page/3), powered it up correctly, I see Vref 1.256V, I see Oscillator working on Oscilloscope.

MMD0=1, MMD1=1, UART mode.

I am able to send SoftResent command and getting a response(Send FE00789A12 and getting 12) but for all other commands, there is no response. I have tried both 2400, 9600 bauds.

I have tied SCLK to GND and CS Pin High as recommended in the datasheet.

Is there anything I am missing?

Could you please guide me, if you have a clue?

Best Regards,
Pallav Aggarwal
