The 5th pic is the old testrig, pcb produced by OSHPark. It was not well designed, so the v2 had to be much more robust and easy to use.

I designed the schematic and board in DipTrace and sent the files to PCBway.com to be manufactured. I chose the blue colour as it looks very professional and clean. PCBway also don't charge extra for colours other than green, unlike EasyEDA for example.

The boards are extremely high quality, the solder mask is high gloss and super smooth. virtually no surface imperfections at all. The HASL pads are super easy to solder to and the boards stand up really well to a 400C iron, with no scorch marks or signs of surface degradation.

The routing and drilling is perfect, which made installing the pogo pins and the terminal block very painless.

All in all these are brilliant boards and the resulting product is a joy to use and feels very high class.
