Soak your seperator in the Poly-ethylene glycol 400 and place in between the cathode and anode. The anode is the negative terminal of the battery and the cathode is the positive.
Discharge through a motor, resistor, or constant current device to determine capacity.
Recharge, and rinse and repeat.
