Thinking of shipping the S1-AU Mk1 kits with yellow LEDs - PDP-8/I style - rather than red... What does everybody think?

I like the yellow.  I also wonder if you could find warm white diffused LEDs ... they might evoke incandescent bulbs.

I like the yellow, just seems to give the board a natural look. Red can be rather harsh.  As Marcel said, very stylish.

Agreed - I've somewhat run out of components so might have to stock up and do a proper comparison.

It is hard to say with confidence with the other components missing. Green could also work. The PCB looks fantastically stylish!
