There has been a constant buzz about Google Glass and Microsoft Hololens for the past few months.The technology that makes these devices exciting is Augmented Reality.This project is about building Augmented Reality glasses using new display mechanisms like OLEDs.

What is Augmented Reality? Augmented Reality is the overlay of digital graphics like images, video etc. and other sensory effects like sound over the user's reality to enhance the experience of the user for varied different applications.Simply put, one of its applications is to design cool HUD's like those in Iron Man and in games.It has a variety of applications in the field of healthcare, navigation, education, military,entertainment and could be applied in different situations for normal consumer use.We are going to build the glasses, its interface and apps straight up from scratch.
