A printer using electroplating technigues could manufacture nanostructures with accurate
assembly. I chose chloride because its one of the least harmful of plating salts.
The gearing for the micromanipulators comes from an article in Scientific American.
It takes many turns of the stepper motors to makes one turn of the gear.
The power supply is a pulse type to the ion toward the non nonadherence surface(maybe aluminum)
