Print the housing parts. I used ABS, which I don't recommend due to warpage. Clean them up when you're done.

While you wait for the housing to print, configure the PD Buddy Sink for 20 V at whatever current you want. In my case, that's 2.25 A, but if you have a more powerful supply available, you may want more current.

Put the DPH3205 panel in the front of the housing. It should click into place nicely.

Put the binding posts in their standoff block, then put the whole assembly into the front of the housing. Tighten the nuts on the binding posts.

Using M3×10 screws, screw the standoffs that were included with the DPH3205 into the bottom of the housing, with a standard and lock M3 washer under each.

Put the DPH3205 board on its standoffs.

Using M3×10 screws, lock nuts, and washers, screw the PD Buddy Sink into the bottom of the housing.

Wire all the pieces together. One red and one black wire connect the PD Buddy Sink to the DPH3205's power input, and one red and one black wire connect the DPH3205's power output to the binding posts. Plug the DPH3205 panel into the DPH3205 PCB, taking care to not reverse the identical cables.

Insert lock nuts into the nut traps for connecting the two housing halves. Fit the two halves together and connect them with M3x16 screws.

Put the rubber feet on the bottom near the corners of the housing.
