1 × The aluminium parts included in the files (Not all of them are used) The robot is made out of laser cut 5mm thick aluminium
1 × The stainless steel parts included in the files The parts laser cut from 8mm thick stainless are used in the transmission
96 × AXK 0619 thrust roller bearings Used for the linkages
96 × 4mm thick 19mm ID O-rings Used to cover the AXK 0619 bearings
8 × AXK 1024 thrust roller bearings Used fo the geared transmission
8 × 4mm thick 24mm ID O-rings Used to cover the AXK 1024 bearings
40 × M6 washers, at least 26mm OD Used to cover the outermost bearings and o-rings (I had mine laser cut from 1mm stainless)
4 × 40mm piece of 8mm hex bar Used as shafts for the transmission (I used allen wrenches)
8 × 8mm spacer (6mm hole and 28mm OD) Used between the gears and linkages. needed a flat spot on the side
8 × 17mm spacer (6mm hole and 28mm OD) Used in the upper part of the linkages
8 × 26mm spacer (The one with the mosre complex shape) Used in the lower part of the linkages
26 × M3 x 12mm button head screw Used to hold the frame together
40 × M4 x 12mm countersunk head screw Used to fasten the stainless parts onto the aluminium wheels and gears
20 × M4 x 16mm socket head screw Used to clamp the stainless parts onto the hex shafts
16 × M6 x 25mm button head screw Used in two points in each leg linkage
8 × M6 x 35mm button head screw Used on the wheels and gears to connect the linkage (where the 8mm spacers are used)
4 × M6 x 40mm socket head screw Used as axle for the upper pivots
8 × M6 x 45mm button head screw Used to join the upper pivots to the legs (Where the 17mm spacers are used)
4 × M6 x 95mm socket head screw (if you manage to fins any) [Substituted with threaded rod] used as axle for the lower pivots (where the 26mm spacers are used)
