Today I hit my first major milestone. Finishing the gate drive circuitry. In particular I have a test board in the making that I will have a PCB made for and assembled, that way I can confirm that it works fine before I go and implement 18 of them on the main power stage board.

I like your program idea. I want to star the similar vehicle project to review the different parts for vehicle industry. Learn more about it here https://vehicletreat.com/
Hey! How is this project going? Were you able to complete the controller? I am considering building an 80kW controller for my SAE electric team and would love to get some advice!
how is progress? are you going to post all your plans online? im very interrested since i might one day build a e-motorcycle and am looking for a bit more powerfull esc than the VESC from vedder.se greetings from the netherlands
Progress has been pretty slow unfortunately. Trying to balance my Junior year at MSOE, work, and Formula Hybrid is proving to be rather difficult. I will be posting everything I do to here though, it just might not be right away.

The battery required to run a 100kW electric vehicle motor drive will depend on several factors, including the specific characteristics of the motor drive and the desired range of the vehicle. However, as a rough estimate, a typical electric vehicle with a 100kW motor drive and a range of 300 miles might require a battery pack with a capacity of around 80-100 kilowatt-hours (kWh).
