The idea is to start the Arduino to count a certain number of hours then activate a buzzer three times before turning a servo to dispense the treat. This is a response to our belief our dog barks sometimes when he's hungry and alone, annoying a neighbor who works from home. I'm currently working on adding a keypad so # of hours can be entered at start of day (and easy for wife to use it ). When kaypad added, all components will be combined into small box for compactness. I tried to do this with the help of the old timer you see in the background, but it died, so in came the Arduino (yet I have to reprogram it every time I change the # of hours).
